will i get introuble for taking my state-legal tinted window car to a possible tint-strict state?
i am from maryland and proud owner of a “new” car that i plan to get tinted. i want to get the darkest but LEGAL tint (35%). i noticed that some states have some strict laws on tints and i am afraid of getting ticketed when i do visit outside maryland… other than “just dont tint it” or “just wear shades” .. will i get introuble for– lets say i went ahead to go to NYC (where they have an almost no-window-tint law) with my vehicle?
you posssibly could get a warning since your from out of state. they might think your moving drugs though so they would probly search your car
Yes you can be ticketed in other states if you are outside of thier legal limit.
i don’t think so. i live in ny and most all new cars now have tinted windows. but not the windshield. i suggest if your running drugs however, not to take any chances
