I JUST PAINTED MY LIVING ROOM GOLD AND MY FURNITURE IS BEIGE LEATHER. I HAD UP WHITE SHEER CURTAINS, BUT DIDN’T LIKE THEM AND TOOK THEM DOWN. I WAS GOING TO JUST PUT UP WHITE ROMAN SHADES, BUT NOT SURE IF THAT’LL LOOK TOO PLAIN?? OR SHOULD I GO WITH CURTAINS AS WELL??? AND IF SO, WHAT COLOR. IDEAS PLEASE….?? THANKS!!

Black might look good. It would add contrast. Maybe a dark chocolate brown?
any color exept white or black. if you have any throw pillows it is good to go with a color in the pillows.

However, white would suite it just fine, and i think you should use curtains!

Since you have such a powerful color like gold for your walls, and a neutral color for your furniture, you should get curtains and make them a dark rich color, such as burgundy or a rich chocolate brown. Rich earth tones would also work as well. Curtains are a good idea because whenever you want a little extra light or the curtains darken the room a little bit, you could open them and make the room glow.
Hey i think that a dark red or maybe even brown would accent the walls very nicely.
