I’m located in the West of France so temperatures are quite warm in summer These window boxes are in shade till later in the evening before they get some sun. i love the idea of cascades of flowers and I’m planning on putting up hanging baskets and would like to make nice summer displays Any ideas on what to get?

impatients are great for the shade. They come in many colors. With a little miricale grow you’ll be amazed. Have fun.
Fuchsias are lovely and they don’t like too much sun, so semi-shaded for a lot of the time would be fine. There are some beautiful trailing cultivars and they go on flowering until the frosts. They go well with ivy-leaf geraniums or trailing begonias.
i don,t know
I have window boxes that get total shade, I put begonias, impatiens and for greenary-vines- and they did just fine last year.
