   Home centers and Costco are the lowest prices with good selection.

   Home depot sells a wide variety. they also cut them for you to fit the exact measurements.

   JC Penney. They have a big variety of shades for a low price.

   Or you can always find them at Home Depot, Walmart, Kmart, Target in the US. Their websites might have them as well.
